This Indonesian-inspired blend brings together lemongrass, spices and a touch of chilli for a rich, bold curry that’s all about depth. Just slow-cook your beef ‘til it's melt in your mouth tender and let the flavours do the rest. It’s a proper Southeast Asian classic, made easy.

80g packet (~ 13 Tablespoons). 1-2 Tablespoons should serve 3-4 people. Tip. Add more seasoning if adding vegetables in.
